Low and zero alcohol wine has finally come of age and the Felix Solis family have produced a cracker. Well, they were awarded Spain's 'Winery of the Year' in 2014 and 2015 for good reason. So, even if you or your guests are doing dry January or any dry month, you'll be able to keep glasses topped up with this tasty red. It uses juicy blackcurrant Cabernet and spicy berry Tempranillo, ripened in the sunblessed vineyards of central Spain. The wine is vinified to capture all the appealing fruit of these grapes yet, with gentle, sophisticated methods, the alcohol is removed. Store the wine cool and dark, then bring up to room temperature and serve on its own or with simple suppers - from cheese on toast, pasta pesto or roasted vegetables.
